Hello All,
I'm a newbie. My step-father introduced me to RE but I was soooo young (25 now) I didn't understand the in's and outs. He passed away before i was even 18. He had multiple rental properties, single and multi-family, everything....needless to say I look forward to exploring and learning all I can! I have zero experience but I'd love to network and soak up any knowledge you have to offer. I've been through a few threads & like what i see so far! I'm looking to possibly purchase fixer-uppers to re-sell and also rentals!!
