My name is Mike Palano and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I am a part time investor and I purchased my first investment property earlier this year. I am also an educator and teach Personal Finance to high school students along with owning a part time golf instruction business. My goal is to build a real estate portfolio and I have spend many years educating myself. I hope to learn from all of you as well.
