Hello to you all,

I am Nurse by profession in my early 30s. I recently have been thinking about real estate investing as a way of increasing my earnings while I continue to work my full time job , figured that BP would be a great place to start. I am from MA, live a little suburb (45min outside Boston). I do not own any properties as of yet, I am still unclear what niche I would be interested in focusing in. I am looking forward to meeting some great business minded people, learn as much as possible from the great discussions I see that has been happening on here. Anyone from the MA area by any chance?
