I'm a Licensed Insurance Agent here in CA, specializing in Apartment buildings, Restaurants, Workers Comp and Term & Indexed Universal Life, (Key Person).

I am looking to buy an 10-50 unit C class apartment complex in north County SD, Riverside County and Los Angeles.
