Aloha @Michael Tanouye - welcome to BiggerPockets and the island RE scene. I do a lot of rehabs every year, mostly on Oahu (one on BI right now, too). Grab the getting started guide here and start marketing - I'm a firm believer that marketing is 90% of this business. Lots of deals to be had in Hawaii! Good luck.
