Aspiring Real Estate Investor

Hello Everyone! My name is Ivan Larios and I'm 20 years old and married, yes I'm married. We currently reside in Bound Brook, New Jersey. My wife and I have been slowly straying away from college as it doesn't appeal to us anymore and we want to look for another way to financial freedom, but still have fun. My close friend suggested this website and to real estate investing as well. So I'm here today writing my introduction to show everyone here that I'm an aspiring Real Estate Investor with no experience but has done quite some research. I like the idea of wholesaling and buy, fix and hold. I believe real estate is the key to financial freedom. I'm happy to be joining this group as it seems very helpful and welcoming!
