Hello Bigger Pocket world, my business partner and myself are new to this, and putting ourself out there. Both have experience in the construction industry. My partner Grahm is a lineman. I'm a manager in the construction field. We are interested in getting into the real estate market, either renting,flipping, or investing. Please any advice would be appreciated.
