My name is Matthew Sanchez. My brother and I operate Texas Investment Brothers, LLC as well as MK3 Group, LLC with another partner as well. We focus on a variety of strategies. We have acquired properties through straight sale using cash, financing as well as hard money, we also have taken over payments, had properties owner financed to us or even subject to existing finance. As far as exit strategies, we have sold them retail, wholesaled properties, rented, owner financed out and have done mortgage wraps.

Although we have experience we are always looking to learn and expand our knowledge and network.
