Hello, I'm currently in New Jersey, but I will be moving to powdersprings, Ga in which I want to involve myself in Real estate. I will be attending classes to get my real estate license. I don't really want to flip houses I really want to sell houses and find contractors also to enlarge both my profits and his or hers as well.

Read, read and read some more. See if you can learn the neighborhoods and markets in ga ahead of time. Research some real estate investor groups with meet ups to make as many connections as possible. Real estate investors are some of the most helpful and willing share groups of people I've ever encountered.
