Hello all,

I am a Sacramento part time real estate investor and a full time real estate photographer. I currently own 2 multi-family properties in the Sacramento area and am actively looking for my next buy and hold deal. I am also in the process of getting my real estate licence. I am looking to learn and network as much as I can.
