New Investor from Houston, TX

Hi All, this website was recommended by my realtor, so here I am. Currently living in Houston, TX and just started our investment company in June of this year. We purchased our first home (deal) in July 2016 via auction in Humble, TX (Northeast Houston) and about to complete the remodel by end of September.

My background is in international logistics and I believed I could apply that set of skills to the project management side of flipping  a home. So far, I find there are definitive parallels to that business and this business. However, there are plenty of differences also. I learn something new every hour it seems.
