Ive had my real estate license for excatly one year. In that time ive done 30 rentals sold 3 houses on the buyer side and currently flipping my first house in east brunswick. I took on 2 partners for this investment and its not going as planned but its my first flip! Glad to have join bigger pockets im looking for advice and networking!!
