Hello everyone, My name is Steven Eller

My Wife (Kristin) and I have decided to move toward our goal of real estate investing. There are a few different ways we may take this adventure, for right now we are focused on the "Flipping" side of real estate and eventually into some rentals.

I have been reading books for the last few weeks, and I am now working towards my Real Estate Lic. When I was younger I did a lot of work for a General Contractor, and we own our own home. That is literally my experience, we are newbies.

I would love to meet some local investors and contractors to network with. Like I was saying I do not have an incredible amount to offer to you. I would like to offer up my time in exchange for some help to get moving in a positive direction.

So if you are somewhat local ( Menifee, Temecula, Perris, Riverside...), you are experienced in flipping, rehabbing, and or rentals, Please contact me so we can talk more.
