Hey everyone,

Just wanted to say how excited I am to have come across BP.  I actually found it through the Podcast.  This morning I was out for a run and looking for something to listen to and really enjoyed the first few episodes.

My wife and I are very excited to begin our journey in Real Estate.  We are still very early in the process (decided together this past August), and so it is premature to say exactly which aspect of investing we are focused on.  I do know though that our goal is to have a balanced and diversified portfolio of income streams.  Only time will tell what that looks like.

I have passed my Real Estate licensing exams and the paperwork is in the mail for my license.

Right now my focus is threefold:

  • I am reading/listening to as many resources as possible.  Trying to soak in as much as I can.
  • Tackling bad, consumer debt which has lingered in the background for several years.
  • Looking to meet people who have been successful locally and building a foundation for potential partnerships in the future.

Feel free to reach out with tips, advice, or tangible help.  Every little bit helps!
