New investor looking to connect and add value.
Greetings BP family, hope everyone is having a great day and thank you for your time in reading my first post. Per my bio my name is Brandon Marler, I'm 31 and currently have a career in industrial construction and management. I am in the St. Louis area and am new to REI. I currently own a primary residence and one single family rental, and am interested in wholesaling and or flipping in order to learn the ropes and increase cash flow to build working capital.
