Hi guys! A friend and investor recently mentioned you guys and I thought I would check it out. I am a complete newbie but am really wanting to learn all I can and hopefully own some rental properties by this time next year. I have a long commute to work so I have been listening to the podcast and I love them! I'm ready to just jump in and learn as I go so I'm really having to force myself to take it a step at a time lol.
