Hi, I'm new to the community and seeking as much information as I can obtain about creating wealth through buy and hold properties. I have one rental in Speedway, Indiana and am looking to expand my portfolio. My goal is to grow my portfolio into another rental in that area in 2016 and add three more single family homes in the next 2 years. I am affiliated with the home services providers, Home Management Pros and Fire Dawgs, so I am also looking to use Bigger Pockets to grow my network in Indianapolis.
