I am 29 years old living in Fort Wayne, IN.  I'm a plant manager for a manufacturing company and have been lukewarm in real estate investing for just over a year.  I became much more serious 6 months ago and have gathered a vast amount of information.  1 problem...I have yet to make my first deal.  Through BP, I am looking to network and hear testimonies about how individuals got started in real estate.  What took someone from where I am at now to making their first deal.
