Alabama Newbie
Hello, my name is Aaron and I am a newbie.
My wife, Rebecca and I are just getting into real estate investing and do not have much money. We are looking to get into some buy and holds, minor rehab flips, and multi-family units so that we can generate enough cash flow to quit my job and enjoy life traveling. I am the main driving force right now but Rebecca is coming around. I would like to make our first purchase by March 2017 and hopefully grow exponentially from there.
I am not sure how the market is in our area just yet, but we prefer to stay within a 2-hour drive from Madison, AL for the first couple of deals.
Any advice and all knowledge is welcome.
