New investor in Gettysburg
Hi everyone, I've been an investor with one SFH for about a year now, and am looking to expand my portfolio in the Gettysburg/Emmitsburg area. With 3 colleges nearby, I'm thinking of getting into the college rental area. I look forward to having more discussions in the future!
