San Antonio, TX Probate Newbie: Seeking Mentor

My name is Carlos Mendez, and I am born and raised San Antonio, TX. I am 29 years old, family of 4 and just new the real estate game. I have been learning about probate properties, and different techniques on how to market to the executors. Main goal is to become an efficient whole seller here in San Antonio, and surrounding areas. Usually I get down to the court house about twice a week, and pull leads. I have over 250 that I have pulled, and mailed out to. I have had some offers out, but those were rejected. I am seeking a mentor to learn from, and collaborate with for sometime. This is a very exiting venture for me, I hope to gauge some interest and advice from all.

Hello Carlos and welcome! You are definitely in the right place here. This forum has a lot of active investors and resources for you to learn from. I have been an investor for 29 years and I work with investors nationwide, including San Antonio. Make sure that whoever you work with as a mentor is someone you can approach and "walk the talk" :)

It seems you are already doing the right things. Most of all, be proactive and build momentum.
