Hi,

I'm a new member from Texas who is currently employed in the energy industry. I first heard about BiggerPockets thru an iTunes podcast a few months ago. The knowledge sharing, suggested ideas and personal stories told are invaluable. Over the next few months my goal is to learn more about financing options, how to target opportunities that check all of my boxes, and recommendations from investors whose rationale is buying and holding properties.
