Irish Investor in DC

Hi there!

I came across this website/podcasts through a friend who was surprised I had never heard of it given my interest in real estate.

Its been three years since I moved to DC from Ireland - having lived in many cities around the world.  However the plan is to stay in DC for the foreseeable future, I love it here.  I spend some time in Florida and would be interested in the same type of units near Tampa.  My existing investment properties are in Dublin, Ireland.

Recently I purchased a new home in DC with a rental unit in the basement.  I hope to start expanding to include multi family units in the new year and would be delighted to hear of any advice, meet potential investment partners and share stories with others with the same interest.  This is exciting stuff - for me anyhow!  I'm not a nerd, honestly!
