It can be anywhere as long as the numbers make sense. The numbers in CA are crazy so I am branching out and looking elsewhere. I know Maryland a bit so I have started looking there but I am open. Out of CA, I have been focusing on properties $200k or under and close to Colleges and/or good schools.
