Looking for Apartment complexes

My wife and I are currently looking to purchase a 20 to 30 or so unit apartment complex or possibly smaller ones as close to Columbus Ohio as possible where we are living.   We currently own two rental properties in Texas, my wife has been a property manager for years in Texas and I have done some construction so we are hands on type of people at least in first year or so after acquisition.     We lived in Spain for over 10 years and sold properties on Costa del Sol and also in Morocco for a season,
