New BP Member In Kansas City / Overland Park

Hello BP!

I'm relatively new excited and motivated member living in Overland Park, Kansas. Wanting to learn and gain insight from seasoned and experienced members of the real estate community. I'm an Engineer for my full time job in Kansas City and a entrepreneur. I'm in the process of starting two businesses (1)  aerial photography and marketing company that uses drones for real estate residential, commercial, industrial and agriculture, special events, etc. (2) Company for my future rehab properties and rental properties both residential and commercial. In order to succeed to my expectations I'm excited to network / meet people in the industry that I could work with private investors, contractors, agents, brokerages, etc.  My immediate plans are to find some fix and flip properties in the Kansas City area and then onto the rental market. Looking forward to meeting and working with all!
