New Member from Kansas City (Realtor/Investor)

Good Afternoon BiggerPockets!

I am excited to introduce myself to the BP community and hopefully create positive relationships throughout the industry.

My name is Malik Brown and I am a Realtor licensed in the State of Missouri. Originally from St. Louis, I moved to Kansas City last year for my MPA graduate program and I have recently started my own company.

I plan to utilize my resources and growing experience as a Realtor to strategically invest in KC wholesale properties. Currently I am interested in meeting local KC professionals including RE attorneys, RE brokers, cash investors, wholesalers and rehabbers. I am also excited to potentially work with out-of-town professionals that are actively investing in the KC area.

Any tips, advice, or 'colleague' referrals would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to participating in the BP forums and meeting new people from all over!
