Hello, new to the Florida area. Not new to browsing the BP website. Got a ton of useful advice from this website when we started out almost 2 years ago. Already have a few flips under our belt. We learned a lot along the way (both good and bad).  We love homes that appeal to first time home buyers and folks looking to downsize!
