Hey y'all , my first post here , looking to learn. Got hooked to the podcast when I bumped into it , and looking to dive into owning my first rental property in Houston. I am starting out and looking out Houston , looking to connect with people who can help get started out and people who are starting out like me. . I bought a foreclosure several years ago fixed it up, lived in it and flipped it 4 years ago... Never thought of being a landlord... ... Thanks guys.. looking forward to it.
