Hello BP from the Chicago NW Suburbs!
I'm fresh to the BP scene as of last week and excited to begin investing in real estate! I just moved to the Chicago NW suburbs where my fiancee will be joining me next year. Currently trying to learn the area so I can jump on a deal that we can live in and fix up over the next few years while we are in the area. After that I would like to keep the unit as a rental property if I can build a good relationship with a property manager here. If anyone is doing their own home repairs in the area, I would love to help out - I'm not totally useless I labored for a construction company through high school and college.
