Hi everyone,
I am new to BP as I was looking for a change from zillow which tends to be full of a lot of garbage. I have recently bought and sold my first REO investment home in phoenix at a net profit of 65k in 3 months. I am currently working on procurement of another home in a similar area. I also have an interest to puchase 65 ft of beachfront in Mexico and currently looking for a partner. any comments are appreciated.
