Getting Started in Philadelphia Real Estate

Hello all! I am new to the Bigger Pockets community, although I have read many posts, books, and forums in the past. This is my first time posting. I am located in Philadelphia and am looking to meet some people that could help me set my strategy to become a landlord.

Any help/suggestions that can be offered to me would be greatly appreciate and I look forward to hearing many different approaches to this topic!
