New member interested in out of state investing
Hello Biggerpockets community, me and my wife are interested in buy and hold investing specially out of state, i know that there is a lot of people that will advice against it specially if we are just starting out but we both have full time jobs and 2 babies so we want something more passive. We are looking in areas near Cleveland (Old Brooklyn, Parma, Lakewood) any advice will be greatly appreciated and if anybody want to share any info of others cities in the mid west it will be appreciated as well.
