Newbie from Charlotte, NC
Hello everybody!
I’m excited to be part of the BP community. I have been thinking about flipping houses for a while and I believe BP is a great starting point. I do not know much about flipping houses, so I will be learning from many of you.
Now is the perfect time for me to do this; my goal is to successfully complete my first house flip by the end of January 2017.
All advices are welcome!

Welcome to the BP community. I recently looked at the Charlotte area for investing, it looks great! You have a very achievable goal, keep moving forward and you will get there! All the information you need is here and its free!
