Hello. I'm brand new to real estate investing and just beginning to educate myself through articles, books, and podcasts. At this time the BRRR method looks most appealing to me but I'd like to educate myself more before diving in as well as save for a down payment. The best teacher is experience so I'd love opportunities to connect with others in the Philadelphia area.
