Hey everyone, My name is Zach, and I am from rural Eastern Washington. Real estate has caught my eye as a career because all of the different opportunities it yields . I am interested mostly in wholesaling, but also in rental properties and fixing and flipping. Any words of advice is appreciated!

Hi @Zach Dabolt

Welcome to the BP community! The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling is a good place to start. Best advice I can give a newbie is to not worry about learning everything before you do anything. Step by step works well especially in wholesaling. Learn what you need to know for the first step and then do it. Then learn for the 2nd and do that. Keep going step by step until you're finished and then just do it again and keep on learning. That way you avoid getting overwhelmed and distracted with all the info that's out there.
