Hello! I am currently reading through the book on Rental Property Investing and it has caught my eye on getting passive income. I am currently deployed and plan on buying a house when I get back stateside. I live in Jacksonville Florida and plan to be there for the next few years at a minimum. I want to accumulate approximately 1-2 property's a year following my first purchase for a personal home.

Property Manager at your service. I work with a few absentee owners, who also are military. I help them keep their investment on the right track. I have had quite a bit of experience when it comes to turning bad properties around as well i.e. evictions or rehabs. I have overseen several projects to date. My next designation will a general contractor license. Perhaps I may be of service to you in the future. Check us out online Traditions Realty. Best of luck. Return safely. Thank you.

Jeffrey
