Hi everyone!  My name is John and with my wife Julie, we have learned a ton from BP already and are looking at starting our real estate investment adventure.  We are located in the Rochester, MN with the two children (one is running around as Spider man as I write this) and our trusty puppy.  We are hoping to meet some nice, driven, and, knowledgeable people to share experiences with and hopefully help each other in the process.   Cheers!!!
