Hello, my name is Kelly Swinney. I am a licensed real estate broker associate in Vista, California (North San Diego County) and have been working in real estate since 1987. My personal real estate goals are to grow my investment portfolio. I was introduced to Bigger Pockets by a lender who said this would be a great place to get familiar with in helping my investment clients and increase my knowledge.
