Hey Community,

My name is Rendell Giles, from Milwaukee, WI. I'm interested in real estate investing, and began to do some research and came across BiggerPockets! I'm extremely happy to be apart of this community, and hope I can learn something from each one of you, and shed some knowledge I have as well. 

I'm currently searching for my first real estate deal. I have already put an offer in on my first property, so if everything goes right I might be closing on my first investment soon.
