Listening to the podcast already made me feel great and got me motivated to explore the REI as a way to replace my Full time Income in couple of years. Want to learn and make wise Investment decisions. Have several passions, Obstacle racing, Fitness, Travel, Hanging out with Friends and Family Pets and looking forward to REI as a means to fulfill all those Dreams!!! I am currently looking at duplex or Single family properties. Buy and Hold Strategy is what I am focusing on, and consuming content to understand the concepts and numbers for analyzing the deals. Signed up to the site in September but only now starting to realize the value of BP and exploring the available resources.
