Hello Everyone on BP!
I am new here, and I'm looking forward to becoming a real estate investor like many you. Currently I am interested in building a strong rental portfolio with SFRs/MFRs, and I would eventually want to move into designing and developing modern homes. I would love to hear back from any of you that would like to share some advice for someone starting off. Thank you, and I look forward to contributing more to the BP community. :)
