I am a financial trader by hobby...but I am looking for some diversity - and real estate has become one of my main interest to leverage the cash flow.

I am about to attend the HGTV couple SuccessPath conference...and read from one of the blogs reviews that he had wished he did this first to further his education.  So I took his advice and here I am.
