Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Max and I am a 23 year old real estate agent and investor.  I played baseball in college and began investing in the stock market when I was 19. I recently began as an agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Parkersburg, WV.  Parkersburg is a town set along the Ohio River with some of the most underestimated views in the region.  I have also recently purchased my first investment property: a 3 bedroom foreclosed home with mold damage...but it was too "good" a deal to pass up. Lol. I welcome any pieces of advice or words of encouragement as I begin my path in real estate.
