Hello BP! I'm a new-ish member to the site. I was on the dashboard this morning and realized I've yet to post a "hello!" - so here it is!
I actually stumbled upon BP via a friend of a friend online (you know - Twitter.) and have been hooked since. Since being introduced to Real Estate in the middle of the summer, I've taken it upon myself to get my real estate license (passed on Monday) and currently looking for my first investment property! I'm sure thats never been said in this forum at all.
I have no idea what I'm doing! (Well...sort of) I want to learn, I want to make money - of course, but the options are vast and the leap is terrifying. I LOVE IT! I'm obsessed with the idea of owning property. I can't wait to look back at this post and laugh.
So anyways, I don't know if that was a long post or not - but I'm a wanna-be author so I'm sure that's bound to happen a bit. Can't wait to continue learning and getting to action in the next couple of months!
