Hello,

My name is Ryan. I am a full time Driver Operator/Paramedic with a local fire department in south east Florida. I have started a career in real estate with the goal of creating passive income to be able to enjoy more time with my family and to bless as many people as possible with the fruits of this labor. My ultimate goal is to not have to work for anyone ever again.

I am interested in buying, selling, flipping, and purchasing income properties. I am also a licensed Realtor who is seeking wisdom and knowledge in the real estate/investor market of south east Florida.  I welcome all the advice, and council I can get.
