Investor that needs to grow my business

I'm new to BP and trying to learn my way around. It appears to be something very useful in this business if I learn to use it efficiently. At this time I need to up the volume of houses I do each year. I've worked mostly in Tuscaloosa/Northport, AL. I just sold a house in Bladwin Co, AL and would like some help finding more in that area. I'm also interested in moving into the Birmingham market although I have no connects there. I do mostly flips but would be interested in adding 3 to 5 more rentals. I can move quickly with cash offers. I would appreciate your help. Thanks, Greg
