Hello everybody, I'm Sheila Brown and I really enjoy BiggerPockets. Initially I joined in 2007 but was not very active (should say not active at all). But, I continued to get newsletters so I thought I should get involved and network. My main focus is commercial properties (newbie); I've done single family rehabs in the past. I've already learned quite a bit just in the few days I've been perusing the forums. This is probably the best decision I've made this year...
