Hello Everyone. My name is Derrick Howlett and I'm a new investor in the Birmingham, Al area. I was referred to this site by a friend who said this would be great place to gain more knowledge about flipping houses. I have no background or experience in this field so I am looking for any help at all in order to be able to get started in real estate investments.
