Hey everyone , I'm a new investor from close to the Portland Oregon area. I'm looking to interact with some like minded people in my area. I've gotten pre approved for 180k and I'm not sure where to begin. It doesn't seem like I can find any good deals near me but I also have a lot of family and grew up in the Tacoma area. Would that be a better place to start?
